The UK Global Talent Visa is charged in two stages. Stage 1 is the endorsement application, which costs £561 and is paid to the Home Office when you ask an endorsing body to assess your talent. Stage 2 is the visa application itself, which costs £205 per person and is paid after you are endorsed. The combined £766 is the headline government fee quoted on gov.uk for a single main applicant.
On top of the two application fees, every applicant pays the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) upfront for the full length of the visa: £1,035 per adult per year and £776 per child per year. A five-year grant therefore carries an IHS of £5,175 per adult. Optional priority processing adds £500 where the route offers it. Every figure below is paid to the UK government, not to any adviser, and is the same regardless of nationality.
