What happens after 90 days?
Your drafts and evidence stay — we never delete your data. The AI generators, scoring, and export lock until you renew. Pay £21 and everything unlocks again.
Can I extend early?
Yes — buying another window while one is still active stacks. New expiry = current expiry + 90 days. Useful if you know you'll need longer.
Is there a refund?
Within 14 days of purchase and provided you haven't exported your final pack yet, yes. Email us from your registered address and we'll refund via Stripe.
Do you offer a guarantee?
No. We can't promise an endorsement — that's the endorsing body's call on evidence we don't produce. What we do promise is the best-drafted, best-scored version of the evidence you have.
What if I need Stage 2 later?
Stage 2 is a separate window. When endorsement comes through and you're ready to file the visa itself, another £21 buys another 90 days covering Stage 2 prep.
Is my card re-charged automatically?
No. One-off payments only. Nothing recurs. You can forget about us until you need another window.
